   You can bake mac & enameled cast-iron cheese?

   I have a 3.5 Qt braiser Le Creuset .... I can bake mac & cheese in it or it will burn the edges first half warms? I assume that I would have to butter it well, otherwise it will attack. Thanks in advance for the help!

   Yes you can. There is enough oil cheese so that it is not necessary to the butter. Butter Burns anyway.

   That will be fine. Meat is always better to slow and long. Check every half an hour after the initial 2 hours for the moisture content and will be fine. Just me, cooking for 30 + years.
